Digital Financial Group Selects Panoptic Security for PCI Compliance

10,000 merchants nation-wide will leverage Panoptic's ExpertPCI and Vertical Specific POS Templates Program to achieve PCI compliance

SALT LAKE CITY - Apr 13, 2010 - Digital Financial Group (DFG), a leading-provider of merchant services, announced it has selected Panoptic Security to provide PCI compliance solutions to over 10,000 of its customers.

DFG's merchants, who largely consists of convenient stores, restaurants, retail businesses, and ecommerce sites, have started accessing Panoptic Security's customized and proprietary ExpertPCIT™ solution and Vertical Specific POS Templates Program. ExpertPCI is a SaaS PCI compliance solution that assists merchants in determining whether or not they are PCI DSS compliant and quickly walks them through the PCI Self Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) process online.

Panoptic's Vertical Specific POS Templates Program streamlines the often daunting and technical PCI SAQ by grouping together similar merchants, based on the PA/POS bundles, to achieve PCI compliance easier and faster. Through this customized process, Panoptic can pre-populate approximately 75 percent of the appropriate SAQ for the merchant based the information gathered from the ISO and their POS provider. Once completed, the merchant attests to the information in the SAQ, making the entire PCI DSS compliance process quicker and less painful for merchants.
