As a part of each merchant completing their PCI SAQ through Panoptic Security, they receive a customized Remediation Plan. That plan details for the merchant what remediation steps they must take to become PCI compliant. As a merchant completes the steps in their Remediation Plan, they return to the Panoptic Security ExpertPCI online application to update their plan and their PCI compliance documentation.

Reseller Types
Remediation and Partner Resellers are organizations that can:

• Provide merchants with services or products that they need, based on their Remediation Plan to become PCI compliant (firewall, physical security, routers, etc.) or;
• Provide access or routing for merchants to use Panoptic's ExpertPCI solution, such as security-driven web site portals, PCI awareness portals or other non-ISO based means.

Become a Reseller
We are always looking for new and capable Remediation Reseller partners. If your organization offers solutions that assist small to mid-size merchants with areas of their IT and business environment that are assessed as part of the PCI compliance assessment, we would like to hear from you. Areas of remediation that are critical for merchants include firewalls, scans, servers, physical security, video, POS and many other areas of business critical support.
