Merchants can access the ExpertPCI™ application on an ongoing basis to update their SAQ, compliance report, remediation plan and security policy. In the event of a data breach, we can supply merchants with an Incident Response Plan and provide assistance to help minimize the potential business impact and get them back to supporting their customers as quickly as possible.

Access and use of Panoptic's ExpertPCI™ application can either be done through your merchant services provider or directly through Panoptic. Once you become a Panoptic Security customer, either directly or through your provider, you will be able to login to the ExpertPCI™ application and begin your PCI compliance assessment.
